What began as a family run business between father and son duo Abdul and Adam in 2015, has now evolved into a tightly knit team of experienced recruitment specialists and professionals.
Not just a regular recruitment agency, complimentary to our over 30 years’ experience in recruitment, we also have 14 years in the health care sector at a provider level.
During our time as a provider, we learnt first-hand what it takes to work in care. It can be rewarding, but demanding work with a great deal of responsibility.
We work extremely hard to ensure that both our candidates and the homes we recruit for are of the highest quality, and that the right person finds the right placement.
Our approach is simple; we find the best possible match for both candidate and employer. We understand that the care sector isn’t a 9 to 5 job, and so neither are we.

Through our Recruitment Days, we have been able to fill anywhere from 3 to 5 placements after just one day of interviewing, and between 5 and 10 placements over a week.
